someone sells 100k shares for .0069 at 345est

WTF?

I feel like that has to be MM or Broker selling Feldman shares. It’s always a .006852 type number, they don’t sell into the bid but will sell slightly lower than the ask all day with hidden numbers on L2 because they an extra few decimals normally. Its been like that for 2.5 months
