When a company puts out PR’s about transferring hundreds of millions of $$ of RE, acquiring buildings with 97% occupancy with half still under construction to be completed July of the following year. Just to name a few. Then switched lanes to insurance, and says they are acquiring a national insurance agency in over 40 states to be closed by the end of 2020 and NEVER follow through on any of them. No update, no closing, not a peep out of a CEO who screwed all of his investors over just to rush to a big boy exchange. When a company tells their investors these empty promises and people invest their hard earned money to get nothing in return is criminal. Ezra Beyman and all of his cheerleaders should be ashamed of themselves. Total scam.
