I know very well how convertible debt works..I worked for numerous OTCs between 2003 & 2008 helping them get out from underneath toxic SEDA & PIPE financing deals they signed for without proper counsel and/or without reading/knowing what the fine print said, without knowing exactly what they were signing, I've been studying toxic finance for almost 25 years...
