Some of your statements do not seem correct.
First Taguchi can't change her plea. California law does not allow you to withdraw your plea simply because you regret your decision to plead guilty. If you watched the hearing Judge Davalia made it clear that by entering the plea of guilty it can't be changed and they waived their right to an appeal. She entered the plea and Davalia accepted. So did Madan Mohan.
Second, please show where there's a document that specifies "50,000 orders". Here's the complaint and section 68 clearly states requests not orders. The 50,000 requests was not fact and considered misleading. Also the statement "coordinating with local, state and federal agencies" https://www.justice.gov/opa/press-release/file/1283931/download
There are two people that have plead guilty in this already. They have had the complaint reviewed by their lawyers and entered a plea. I would say that this is not rubbish to them.
If people are buying now, I would say you have till May 25th before you will not be able to purchase.
