I'm not bashing, defaming, slandering or libeling. I have three young interns poring over every word this Issuers CEO has committed to SEC statements, SEC comments, public press releases and public interviews.

IMO the inconsistencies are frequent. This is called professional Due Diligence. One may not enjoy this level of professional scrutiny. Most don't.

I am not sure why you take such great joy in bashing the company. In 2018/2019 they were focused on RE. At the time they planned on REIT and were EXPLORING "merchant" there were no promises of either one of those to shareholders.

I share in investors sentiment that the silence from the company is conducive to creating negative feeling about the company, but it looks
like the company is now focused on Insurance. Maybe they learned from their mistake and are no longer PR'ing LOI's and rather waiting to close a deal/deals before sending a PR.

True, the question is injured and fooled by whom.
