Personally I dislike total silence and of course there must be a reason. Let's just hope it's good news, but in the scheme of things there is real evidence of a start to trade and that is indeed GOOD NEWS.
You mentioned the 180 day period. Actually that is a period starting when the initial effective date in the public company happened (SEC rule 144) those shares could not trade. So if you consider effective date was late August or early September, then that would have ended Feb. early march. So it is of no consequence any longer.
