Preciouslife1, I think that whether IP available for free or not will at this point not make much of a difference. The big boys have their vaccines, it brings in money, and all others that would start to make vaccines now will have to go through the complete approval process.

Actually, while I am not specially a fan of BP, aren't we saying here: Next time, don't make a vaccine because if you do gov's will steel your investment and through it before the lions.
