So, a penny stock company is going to take over a $50 million company? Do you really believe that? Read carefully. What they need to do is reverse split no more the 150 to 1, this would hopefully attract institutions, not just one, then I can see them taking over $50 million companies. If they reverse split I will position myself in the stock right after it drops before it rises and I will also consider positioning myself if the price of the stock drops to .0016 before a reverse split.
