I repeat:

The Issuers strategy IMO was to file an S1 once they had acquired sufficient business assets & liabilities (into the EOMN shell) that could withstand two years of audited financials, get the S1 effective, then file to uplist to Nasdaq and achieve a secondary firm commitment offering.

Anything and everything prior to this strategy was just bubble gum.
