-even the headline on the recent 10K should agitate Investors! REVENUE GROWTH AND DEBT REDUCTION. The reason they are riddled with debt in the first place is because of JM's exorbitant salary and the compensation provided to his incompetent board members. It doesn't correlate with an aggressive growth plan. No new hiring, minimal promotional activity, stock dilution, in fact, not much new of anything. No real efforts to grow the company result in weak sales. As a large shareholder with a voice and a critical opinion, 750K in sales is pitiful! In fact after all of these years of trying to grow a successful business, these kinds of numbers represent failure on multiple levels. You people looking for this stock to hit "da Penny" are suffering from myopia! A penny? Pathetic! Why go public at all? Why drag investors into a charade? JM - step it up or step aside!!!
