This is going to be one of the biggest gap ups in recent days because:

GVSI - When GVSI got news of Custo granted it was already close to 4 cents. RETC was still double zeros and the after hours announcement will cause major FOMO

Short squeeze - 40% of shorts got trapped with the after hours announcement

No more Under Penny- It sit under a penny all week, no chance it goes back under as dips closer to 0.01 will get eaten up.
