Don't shoot the messenger, but adding a "D" at the end of the ticker means a reverse split. That's been the case for 100% of the stocks I've owned that had a reverse split. If there's another reason a stock gets the "D" added, I'm not aware. The D stays on for 20 days if I recall correctly.

Reverse split isn't always bad. I've had many that wound up much, much higher after the R/S. We'll see what happens. Losing the caveat emptor designation is definitely the big thing that needs to happen, and then getting back to the otc market. I still believe BLSP could be a monster play in 2021...
