The special ones will get to go to jail. Manspider, Rick Nagra, Crazy Ken, etc...it's always the ones that think publicly they're not going to get charged.

The cost to defend against wire fraud usually runs about $300,000 and higher in legal fees. Not to mention the Court will order restitution by seizure and sale.
