Hop-on signed LOI with Distributor whom has over 1.5 million customers projected revenues are over USD 50 Million

Hop-on will be reselling low rates to operators around the world to lower their roaming costs into South American and offering solutions for large US prepaid operators that all have customers roaming into Mexico.

TEMECULA, California, May 7, 2012-- Hop-on, Inc., (OTC: HPNN.PK) announced that a Letter of Intent for services to a major distributor of prepaid calling cards, SIM Cards and all local carriers services in Mexico and US Borders Cities with over 60,000 point of sale locations..

This movement could position Hop-on Mobile to be the largest Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) in Mexico. Hop on will provide a proprietary billing platform, the ability to add airtime, request specific cities within Mexico area codes, administration and operations, support of base station subsystems and operations support systems and provision of back end network elements.

These services work to enable mobile network services like voice & data connectivity. By eliminating the direct relationship with end-user customers, Hop-on is now providing the pivotal infrastructure and services that enable MVNO's to offer services and have a relationship with their own end-user brands. This ultimately creates customer loyalty and leaves the marketing and back-end functions to the Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE).

Peter Michaels CEO of Hop-on stated, “Our Master Distributor has over 60,000 locations around Mexico and has projections of over $50 Million in revenue. They will be targeting the local Mexican market that wants and needs a new solution. This deal gives a stronger position in the Mexican market.”

Current Hop on customers traveling in Mexico should become familiar with the 911-E service provided and be sure 911-E service is provided in the area they are traveling in. Hop-on provides its 911-E service free of airtime charges. Even if users have used up all of their airtime, they are still protected with the ability to contact emergency responders.
