Considering this has been going on for years (seems the MMs are allowed to do a lot of things in the "grey" area under the guise of "making a market")..

where/when the regulators seem to get involved.. is when they simply shut down (halt) a company's trading.. which imo might help "new" potential investors (who then don't put money in the security).. but existing shareholders lose.

I agree with this part of your post where you said "We will see, but the good news is the economy is picking back up, which means jobs returning, people going back to work, more people with disposable income to invest as before, businesses re-opening, major stimulus nationally is in effect raising market sentiment, housing market is definitely UP, etc..."

My cynical self:) doesn't expect any drastic change on how things have always been (maybe someday).. but as the person described the "good criminal" will be smart enough not to completely kill the market.. so there will still be opportunities some where..

So bottom line, I just simply trade on the OTC with my eyes wide open.. knowing that no matter how good the company is or seems.. anything can happen with price.

We've talked about this before.. I picked GRST due to the fact that it has an extremely low market cap, and even though low volume has its downsides.. it indicated to me that major manipulators were not playing with the stock (yet)..

I love the company (don't get me wrong).. but the exchange imo is corrupt. And that is why I take most of my "speculative" profit from these companies and reinvest in "leaders" who are trading on more regulated markets (to grow my wealth longer term)..

with that said, hard to make HUGE percentage gains - the kind that can be made on the OTC.. so I am willing to take the risk that comes along with this kind of territory.

but I am willing to dodge only so many "landmines" before I feel like I am pushing my luck:).. because there are gold bars in that mine field:)..

but what good is it to have a bag full of gold bars.. if you end up blowing yourself up before you get to the other side.

Last thing.. I am sort of a "betting man" (you need to be on this exchange:) - so I do believe the odds are in our favor IF this company performs like we think it can.

Because even the "shady" folks.. can make money on the upside.. so I believe we will get our run.

I only share all this perspective.. because ten years ago I was clueless..

I would have simply bought a great company.. and then would have had NO clue why the stock price was going down.. (now some of those companies didn't have what GRST has:) - but they were great companies with a great story..

To simply have a "story" in this market is often times not enough.

I'm counting on the numbers for GRST being too good for the big money to ignore.

This is my opinion.. please do your own DD.. this is not investment advice.. I simply try to find the best companies to put my
money.. and I post on boards where I either have an interest in the stock or own shares.
