I use Etrade and there was a good 15 minutes, maybe more, this morning that looked like a halt to me. Except the bid/ask wasn't zeroed out. But there was no price change, no volume change for significant amount of time. I even closed out and reloaded and still the same. And that wasn't the only ticker. I noticed either VXRT or OCGN did the same during the same time period (forget which one). Yet others showed obvious trading.
