I have tried to stay on the sidelines while this public board speculated about one of the note holders dumping millions of shares on the market since early April. Hey, I'm all for public discourse. But facts are facts and knowledge is power. There are many hoops to jump through to sell restricted shares, and "free trading" or "dumping" on the open market is simply not a reality.
