Page 45 of the last 10Q clearly states the company issued unregistered shares to the Consultant (3a Capital in October 2020) and to Trillium in April 2021. There are no alternative facts or ways to spin this. Anyone can read it.

Now, the board would perhaps enjoy a link to some rule, regulation, or reputable source stating restricted shares may be sold by the beneficial owner immediately upon issue. Show us please.

No circular arguments please. Don't say the shares are unrestricted when the company confirms in its own 10Q they are unregistered....which means by definition, restricted. Don't play with the dates when the company filings confirm the consultant received the shares in October 2020, and Trillium just received weeks ago.

We will wait patiently...or prepare for doublespeak, wild accusations and who knows what else. Links to facts would be nice though.
