There sure does seem to be a lot of "misspelled" names appearing in the SEC filings refering to "beneficial" owners of stock. Should this lead one to "think" the misspelling is intentional for deception purposes? Surely a filing company, complying with the SEC regs., would not attempt to deceive the public and the SEC. On the other hand maybe the risk is worth the possible reward and may be with the "consent" of the "beneficial" owner theirveryownselves!!!!!

Who is this THELMA JOHNSON that is getting all the shares for what sort of consulting????????????
