Also, one crucial, crucial point.....I’ve taken it for granted that the Triton funding is NOT the “high 7 figure” institutional funding alluded to in the 4/12 CEO update. Maybe some are taking it that way and they’d rightfully be disappointed as the funding from Triton, while a positive, is significantly less than high 7 figure and because it will come in tranches over the rest of the year, would mean a far slower deployment for Soundstr than high 7 figure funding would do. That said, Zach has been very forthright with us and I don’t believe he’d deliberately say high 7 figure unless there is another term sheet in the works.....we should hear on that by EOM.
