Just an educated guess here, but I suspect we’ll hear about (potentially) the new revenue streams, the possible partnership, and the sale of one of their properties. Not sure when that closing is/was but would be very accretive to their earnings. Hopefully it’s closed and they’re planning to announce it. So many catalysts on their way. I’m a big fan of the CEO as a former Kpmg’er myself. He’s well spoken and focused. If he says $12 is coming I believe him. This is a 10X bagger in the next several years.
