I really doubt that SEO wants to....

do something that will have the DOJ/SEC on his azz, anymore than they already are....if SEO screws the shareholder, for the sole benefit of himself, he would be wide open for lawsuits.

Why would a billionaire risk, such actions?....to make more money?....just doesn't make good sense to me.
