AGAIN....AAMRQ deal was approx $2.25 a share, but we traded it to $11 the day before the deal was done...but there was expectation of post-bankruptcy shares after the merger between American Airways and US Airways....the speculation to $11 was because folks did not know what will happen to the newly merged company...

With HERTZ, not sure whether there is an expectation of new shares of a post-bankruptcy company, and if so, what it would be worth given the shares outstanding today
