Now I need a cold shower lol! :) Seriously, didn't I read somewhere that 'the ink was dry' on the merger? If so, what all needs to be done to get a private company readied to go public? And what is the timeline in making this happen, any idea? Also, what is SSM waiting for in not releasing the RM entity? Are they working on formalizing the share structure before formalizing news? Thoughts?
