Because it (NSURE) was used to promote RELI leading RELI investors to believe that RELI was taking a $20,000,000 investment position in NSURE Inc when in fact RELI took a $1m position in NSURE which is probably misleading to investors.


Once again incorrect. A good DD will show you on their S1, note 4 that they are not misleading investors.
Besides, they now have the 5 minute insure which they own 100%.
