Well let put it this way, it was reported that RI-DEM received about 600 letters about the facility, correct?

Take away the positives, the one written by politicians not living in the area(ex AG), people hired by the those in the community (lawyers, environmentalist), what does that leave us?

I give the locals the benefit of the doubt and say 550 letters of those 600 were written against the project by them out of 40,000 in the community, which more realistically comes to around 0.001% of the community actually against the project going forward.

You state:

"Out of 40,000 people community less than 200 voiced any concern at the public hearing" That is because the Zoom call was at capacity - many were not able to attend due to this capacity issue. see above

"If it does, 99.99% have no problem with the project, based on the signed petitions against it." It would be hard to justify that number based on your criteria - ie no signature is a vote for it.

Not a vote for IT IS NOT A VOTE AGAINST IT.

Meaning if it is approved they not oppose to it.

My opinions.
