Irish -- Free rides question..

I don't have a margin account, I have no cash in my account, I want to flip a stock I already own, and I want to be able to sell those flipped shares as early as the same day I flipped.

Would this be legal if I sold all of my shares for the flip and bought back with no more than half of that capital?

...I figure the remaining half of the money will settle to cash on the same day as the funds would be required to cover the buy of the shares bought at the flip, therefore avoiding the free ride.

I hope this is clear. :) Thanks.
