exactly, this is what needs to be done and should be done... I was wondering if we have an attorney on board here... if so please idenify yourself if you would.... maybe with an attorney, and accountant (cpa) we could start this process... they need to come clean with the share count, fundings of all deals and the 10 that is the story plain and simple...shorter please continue to post, I for one am very happy you did...in my opinion
