I was wrong about the cost...

I contacted the OTC and they verified there was no cost involved in getting this to trade just a request by a firm requesting the ability to trade (unsolicited) which of course they can not disclose what firm it was.... It is trading as unsolicited, to change that, a firm would have to formerly request and so far none have done this..
