CCTL at this point in time is so different from the majority of subpenny and penny stocks and the reason for that is it's CEO.

The CE put on CCTL was based on the past and the actions of the previous management.

CCTL is so coiled up, that once the CE is removed, it will spring forward with such force that it will make everyone invested in it real happy with the share price and above with the rapid pace the company will move forward.
