Ask yourself why 99.999% of the time those shysters NEVER reduce the AS by the same amount.

Well...because in a month or two their going to use those almost 2 Billion shares to start diluting without have to file any documents to raise the AS. The last thing they would want is SHAFTED shareholders to see them file to raise the AS.
