if you say so. sharp doesn't make his own decision here. he is subject to the auspices of the court and a judge. do some dd. you guys are nuts just to assume that because it is sharp, the court is going to fold regardless of the arguments made by the company or the circumstances surrounding their difficulties. i would not bet against the company at this point. there is no reason to do so. do you know what case they are going to make? no, but you are naively assuming that they have no case and that sharp is going to win by default. lol lol lol lol who would assume that?
