I couldn't find much on Dennis so far. I think he is about 70 yrs old. When I read 45 yrs banking experience, I started wondering.

Bank of Ozark bought Intervest Bank a regional bank here in Clearwater FL, a few years ago. I'm sure Dennis played an instrumental part.

With Dennis on board, GBOX will continue to "roll-up" industry players. I see this addition a great asset! I've worked in M & A since 1994 in Mid-West Florida. I love Ben's trail for the future of GBOX!
