There are security protocols before a company's officer can submit an 8K. It's not some frivolous procedure. The notion that some unknown person can just make up a fake 8K and send it in as a true document is just laughable and quite preposterous. What's to stop me from making up a company and naming it Ford Motor Company and then sending in an 8K for it? Sounds ridiculous right? That's because it is and there are protocols in place to make sure that never happens. There is no fake 8K with IMNPQ! ONLY REAL POTENTIAL HERE $$$$$$$$$
