I'm pretty sure they'll be retiring shares as you stated, not buying them back. Buying them back would cost them a fortune, while retiring outstanding shares costs nothing. Both ways brings the market cap down to the same level as I know you know, so it's huge news. You're right that not a lot of people are talking about this one, which is surprising but fine by me for now. Won't be long before the stock is really flying and we get the usual iHub riff raff coming in and letting us all know what a POS this stock is lol. I agree with you 100% that AVVH could be a dollar stock
