I would imagine any investor is looking at potential of the new product with in the competitive landscape. Share price won’t matter until they want to list and have shareholders that put in millions vs the thousands we represent. They are selling future forecast first, angel investor/merger will dictate company value (income based on sector multiple)....THEN in my opinion share price will matter. Our holdings make us part of any decision BUT we are not the investors they are looking for right now. We cause red tape by holding MILLIONS of shares, WHEN would prefer us to sell IMO.
