I want to thank all the posters on this thread that really do the ongoing research and post their findings for everyone to see. The group as expanded as NLST has become more successful in promoting its business and protecting its IP and that's been very satisfying for me to watch. I have a number of friends who have bought on my recommendation and I can update them on NLST's progress by all the detailed contributions (that are added to, by many) in each thread. It's a shame when you go to another boards of a promising company and the threads are dead. But here, it is refreshing to see so many looking deeply into SEC filings, federal lawsuits, patent board reviews, and the international commission and posting their findings here. It's easy to see what is happening behind the scenes at NLST by all of your great DD with a few clicks of the button.

To be sure, in it is inspiring to see NLST's dogged determination to go after all those companies that have infringed on their IP for years; now including Micron with settlement money from SK. Dodo always asked (with a certain snobbery), if NLST has so many patents in the DIMM space, why haven't they sued Micron, hmmmm? Well, he got his answer over the past week. All HE can say now is, how can it be willful? He never ceases to amaze me on how smart he poses to be; but how insensible he really is.

In addition to their Micron lawsuit, moving into a larger facility is a very bullish development for Netlist. Business the way it is, with tight chip supplies well into 2023, they are going to be in a "sweet spot" with plenty of supply for larger consumers like "hyperscalers". If they can get some of those fulfillment "slots", their sales will go from $10's of millions to $100's of millions virtually in the signing of a couple supply agreements.

As Chuck said (before the SK agreement),
"But certainly, our opportunities are -- we're addressing a TAM of multibillion dollars. It's just a matter of us securing the call slots and executing that. So there's a lot of headroom to grow. There's no doubt about that."

And now that they have the capital, now that they will have larger facilities, now that they have the supply of components, and finally, now that they have made created relationships with larger players with the help of Samsung, they are ready to expand.

Again, thank you all for making this a treasure trove; a place of information, intelligence, and due diligence. It's like having your own group of researchers digging into corners no single person could do. I think any one of you could work for Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley...but I'm glad you don't. Keep up the fine work.
