In west texas, we went from almost zero rigs / crazy unemployment of oil / gas workers during pandemic crisis mid 2020...... to now, roads loaded with oil field traffic, and drill rigs everywhere you can see.

Oilfield equipment and land was sold off ridiculously cheap for awhile. Seems like Cox capitalized on the opportunity lol
