THOSE are VitanaX Investors, since they "purchased (funded) Vitanax operation and put capital in (at no interest), prior merger completion, they appear on the balance sheet as DEBT>> but in reality is translated to SHARES OWED TO>> from initial investment to final Equity conversion..
