We knew JPS would be forced to make the derivative common case or never ever see par again back in 2013 coz lower courts said FHFA has to file suit against itself on behalf of Commons because Commons had no more standing to do so than Brittney Spears. It was then JPS came face to face with their tails and the chase has been on ever since.
