Alright, i do remember him talking about two tolling agreements during winter. I'm holding JC responsible to deliver, at the very least, this one tolling agreement which was mentioned in the latest PR. Plans always change so we'll have to see if second contract comes through. $40 mil is a bit ambitious considering they were a shell a year ago but even if it ends up being half its still really good.
