Exchanged emails with David Thielen earlier today. I had expressed some concerns about timing and such, but feel better after he responded. Still frustrated with the delays, but optimistic we are in for a very bright future and nice move here soon.

Resonate Blends has set itself up in a very good situation due to the note/balance sheet cleanup and recent financing. We have a very experienced team which has launched top-end consumer brands with some of the top companies in the country.

I would advise you don't judge our "followers" on social media sites as to our product acceptance (especially Twitter - as it's only our public outreach site, not consumer). Way to Blue and our other marketing partners have just started, and the numbers will continue to grow. We also have other marketing outreach points and advertising that aren't social media related.

Our last-minute manufacturing switch to 'The Galley' was needed for several reasons, but it did set us back a bit. 'The Galley' is now producing our Cordials with our new automated filler and crimping machine. The public reaction to our Cordials is excellent and we continue to seed our Cordials throughout our various sales channels.

We will soon be announcing our channels, sales team, distribution partners and Public Relations. Our partners recognize what KOAN is building - and so do our recent PPM investors. Accredited investors put $3.3M into Resonate after doing their DD.... plus they have to hold their stock due to restriction periods. Doing a PPM with accredited investors is a rarity in the OTC - especially with the experienced investment team that came into our offering.

While I understand frustration as an investor on "timing", there's a lot of non-public information that hasn't been made available yet. I would wait on this information before making any assumptions on business execution or expectations.

Our next announcements should add some clarity to your questions. Our entire team and partners are excited about our prospects.

In his second email response he said they plan to have several announcements this month on all aspects of the company.
