No sane person in the medical / drug field rushes in to test a drug in a new use application, on severe cases, when they can first try it on mild cases and prove the mild cases that use the drug on do not become severe cases. Too many severe cases die anyway, so why risk it?

The biggest market for RVVTF's Buci world wide is for folks not yet in the hospital but for those at home with infections to save them progressing to severe cases.

This is not hard to understand.

Also, severe patients may have issues that would contra indicate the use of a safe RA drug, or may interfere or conflict with other medications a severe case is using.

You would not want to use Buci on someone that has no immune system.

The trials are to determine, who can use Buci for Covid19, when, how much and for how long, and what other health issues might contraindicate using Buci so that doctors and Insurance firms can safely Rx it based on the science of use for Covid19.
