He says 15-30 days. All of 2019 has already been accepted by OTCM.

And keep in mind he's never been very good at holding to the timetables he's set.

His timeline is already a month shorter.

I don't feel it's gonna be as quick as Lurch suggests (Thurs or Fri), but I think we won't have to wait until the end of July
