I just got off the phone with the SEC....I called them, so there is no confusion. This is my Section 11 Chief.

I am so happy!

I am filing an 8K now. The SEC advised me to file my FORM 10 NOW. It should be be filed FIRST TODAY. Go through the FORM 10 process, and then FILE my 8-k. She Cited SEC LAW 8-08sx

8-08sx What the HECK is this?

....I am working this all out. My bank signed my NOTARIZED DOCUMENT about the STOCK POWER!
