Valuation feels pricy. $2B on FTM 12 months revenues of $500M is 4x. I suppose one has to account for rapid growth. $1.25M per acre is well above market pricing but they clearly aren't fooking around at this greenhouse. It is quality, commercial grade. Article and a couple images follow:
