It IS 50 cents. That is the current offer from Knighthead. Current shareholders would only receive 50 cents worth of new stock, plus some long-term out of the money warrants or a rights offering where they would have to buy more stock.

All of which is worth........50 cents.

The stock is FAR overpriced.
