No I am not wrong - the following is from the FDA:

"Foreign Study Conducted Under IND (Investigational New Drug)

• When a study is conducted under an IND but is located outside of the United States, the study still must comport with all relevant FDA regulations as if it were being conducted within the United States..

.Acceptance of Foreign Clinical Data
• FDA Accepts Foreign Clinical data from studies not conducted under an IND if the following conditions are met:

I. Study was conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
II. FDA is able to validate the data from the study through an onsite inspection"

The FDA hasn't inspected or validated any of the Nutra data.

Shareholders have been conned by Deitsch and a few are still defending him.

Show everyone where Nutra is listed on ClinicalTrials.gov.

Nutra is years away from from having a FDA approved drug - and it will never happen.

Get ready scammers. Hell is coming to breakfast.
