The speed of the MSFT filing is unusual. I'm not sure what time Casper released her decision but it may have been 2pm. For MSFT to immediately have attorneys on standby and digest the decision and craft and weave that into a filing, before 5pm is quite a feat. Obviously they are the A-team.

Sadly,accountability seems to be at an all time low. On occasion, the SEC investigates irregularities in the stock market. So far they haven't made any determinations about certain brokerages not allowing clients/investors to buy Gamestop during the shorting fiasco with hedge funds. Of course there are lawsuits pending about what happened there. Don't hold your breath. Good luck in getting the FBI to look into that. The same FBI that has refused to take possession of Hunters computer, properly investigate claims of election fraud, or find those responsible for burning cities down last summer.

Is ATF pursuing felony charges against hunter, who had a known and well documented drug problem and lied on his federal forms to purchase a firearm? Hasn't happened yet.

As far as looking at the Judge here that isn't going to happen. She made an unpopular decision (for WDDD) which she will justify with the case law she referenced. It's a judgment call and a penny stock. The remedy here is an appeal to CAFC. In my opinion, no one will raise an eyebrow over this.
