That and alot of other explanations might be plausible without context. However, Level 2 on FCCN shows you that VFIN and, recently, FANC have been diluting. Even yesterday, for example, I was watching the close and VFIN got hit for about 1 million shares on the ask @ .04 (he was the only one at .04) and didn't budge. That type of trading, combined with the confirmed O/S and A/S increase tells you the whole story.
FCCN has been a great trader though. They have diluted in a controlled manner, allowing the pps to rise. This is in stark contrast to other diluters such as GHTI, which just dumped all at once. I believe GHTI knew they only had a very short window of opportunity to sell (on the momo) and took it to dump as many shares as possible. FCCN, on the other hand, thought they had a good runner, and, thus, diluted slowly and deliberately. At this point, however, FCCN might open the flood gates with the cat out of the bag.
